Pavel Cardoso has a Bachelor’s degree in Law, is an entrepreneur, managing partner of SOBÉSA Indústria de Alimentos Santanense, and has been working in the coffee industry for 26 years. Since 2006, he has been an active figure in the Brazilian Coffee Industry Association (ABIC), one of the main entities in the sector. In 2011, he was appointed a member of the institution’s Deliberative Council, and later held the positions of ABIC’s Vice-President of Quality and Certifications and Legal Vice-President. His commitment to the improvement of the coffee industry and his vast experience led him to be elected President of ABIC in 2022, a position he holds to this day and which will last until 2025.
