Terms and Conditions of Use
CECAFÉ – Conselho dos Exportadores de Café do Brasil, a private company, Corporate Taxpayer’s ID (CNPJ) 03.449.280/0001-08, with head office located at AV NOVE DE JULHO, 4865 ANDAR 6 CONJ 61/A, sole and exclusive owner of coffeedinner.com.br website, hereinafter referred to as CECAFÉ, hereby establishes this instrument, called TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE coffeedinner.com.br SITE for the USER, according to the clauses and conditions described below:
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Words spelled in this instrument with capital letters shall have the meaning ascribed to them as set forth below:
CECAFÉ: is the legal entity that owns the domain coffeedinner.com.br and is responsible for managing and organizing the COFFEE DINNER & SUMMIT CECAFÉ event.
USER: is the individual or legal entity that accesses and is interested in participating in the EVENT organized and carried out by CECAFÉ.

PARTNER: is the service provider hired by CECAFÉ to make possible the EVENT organized by CECAFÉ – Conselho dos Exportadores de Café do Brasil.
EXHIBITORS: entities, which may be but not limited to: private companies, associations, foundations, institutions, which participate in the EVENT organized by CECAFÉ, and expose their services, activities to USERS who register for the EVENT.
COOKIES: Small text files stored in browsers. This feature enables the identification of USERS and the routing of documents according to pre-established parameters.
LINK: means an electronic access, whether by means of images or words, that allows the connection to other screens of the same site, or, still, of other sites.
SPAM: are e-mails sent to a group of USERS without their due permission.
CONTENT: includes text, programs, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, images, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, animations, interactive resources and other materials that the USER(s) have access to in the CECAFÉ site.
TERMS OF USE: it is the Terms and Conditions of Use of the SITE coffeedinner.com.br, which is the contract that will guide the relationship between the USER, EXHIBITORS and CECAFÉ.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. The USER should carefully read the terms below before accessing or using the coffeedinner.coffeedinner.com.br SITE, since accessing or using it implies full agreement to all the conditions of these TERMS OF USE.

(ii) By negotiations carried out between the USER and the EXPOSITOR;
(iii) For delivering any products and services for which the EXHIBITOR is responsible;
(iv) For the quantity of products advertised by PARTNER on coffeedinner.com.br website, being PARTNER the total and exclusive responsibility;
2.4. CECAFÉ will do its best to keep the SITE always updated, complete and accurate.
2.5. CECAFÉ will make its best efforts to correct any errors in the functioning of the coffeedinner.com.br SITE, communicating, on the same SITE, its unavailability and expected return after the necessary and indispensable corrections and/or maintenance.
2.6. CECAFÉ will not be responsible for any damage, injury or loss suffered by the USER due to failures on the internet, in the system or in the server used by the USER, resulting from third party conduct, act of God or force majeure. CECAFÉ will also not be responsible for any virus that may attack the USER’s equipment as a result of access, use or navigation on the internet or as a consequence of the transfer of data, files, images, texts, videos or audio.
2.7. CECAFÉ will not be responsible for damages, of any nature, that may arise to third parties as a result of USER’s conduct that is improper, offensive, or, in any way contrary to the legislation in force.
2.8. CECAFÉ will not be responsible for any losses, for any reason, that may arise from decisions made by the USER based on opinions and recommendations contained in contents displayed on the coffeedinner.com.br SITE.
2.9. Access to the coffeedinner.com.br SITE depends on the simultaneous functionality of several factors, some beyond CECAFÉ’s control. Thus, CECAFÉ is exempt from any liability for failures resulting from any inability to access the coffeedinner.com.br SITE due to reasons beyond its control and diligence.

2.12. The information, data and features provided about the EVENT, as well as photographs or videos related to the EVENT – including trade names, trademarks, distinctive signs of any kind – are provided for guidance and illustration only.
2.13. The coffeedinner.com.br SITE contains links to other sites operated by third parties other than CECAFÉ and/or its affiliates. These links are provided for USER’s reference only, reason why CECAFÉ has no control over these other sites and is not responsible for their content, and the inclusion of these links on the coffeedinner.com.br SITE does not imply the approval of the material or any association with their owners. In case the USER accesses or uses these sites, their information, materials, products and/or services, the USER will be doing so at his/her own risk. In using such other SITE(S), the USER will be subject to the policies of that SITE, over which CECAFÉ has no relation whatsoever.
3. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE
3.1. To register for the EVENT organized by CECAFÉ through the coffeedinner.com.br SITE, USERS must provide the following data: Full name, CPF, date of birth, e-mail, address and telephone. By registering, the USER will be giving his free, unequivocal and express consent for CECAFÉ to use his data in accordance with the SITE’s Privacy Policy.
3.2. To register and create an account on coffeedinner.com.br, the USER must be civilly capable and at least 18 years old. In the case of eventual registration of a USER who is absolutely or relatively incapable, with or without the permission of his/her parents, guardians or legal representatives, the latter will be responsible for all acts committed by those who are incapable, in the form of the law.
3.3. The USER may only provide correct, updated, and true information, being fully responsible for the veracity and authenticity of the same. The USER is also committed to keeping his information always updated.
3.4. CECAFÉ reserves the right to use all valid and possible means to identify the USER, as well as to request additional data and documents that it considers pertinent in order to verify the informed personal data, as long as it is for the fulfillment of the contractual purposes and objectives.
3.5. The USER will be the sole and exclusive responsible for his/her account access to the coffeedinner.com.br SITE, as well as for the operations performed, since the access to the account is only possible through the use of an access credential, which is created by the USER himself/herself and must be of the USER’s exclusive knowledge and property. Therefore, the USER hereby assumes full responsibility for the safekeeping of this access credential, as well as for the improper use of his/her registration by third parties. The USER undertakes to notify CECAFÉ immediately, and by secure means, if he/she becomes aware of any unauthorized use or access of his/her account by a third party.
3.6. You may not sell, rent, assign, or otherwise transfer your account on the SITE. 4. COMMUNICATION
4.1. 5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
5.1. The USER agrees to access the coffeedinner.coffeedinner.com.br website as provided in these TERMS OF USE and other policies available on the coffeedinner.coffeedinner.com.br website. Thus, the USER is prohibited:
(i) Insert any illicit content or in any way contrary to morals and good customs or that violates the rights of third parties, such as, but not limited to, pornographic or defamatory content;
(ii) Breach any applicable rule or law;
(iii) Insert any CONTENT that incorporates viruses or other physical or electronic elements that may cause damage or impede the normal operation of the network, system or computer equipment, of the SITE or of third parties, or that, due to its characteristics, causes difficulties in the normal operation of the SITE.

need for prior notification, without prejudice to the other measures it deems appropriate and necessary, such as communication to the competent authorities.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. All content on the coffeedinner.com.br SITE is the sole and exclusive property of CECAFÉ, which includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, sounds, graphics, text, photos, trademarks, patents and other content. Misuse and/or partial or total reproduction of the content is prohibited,
6.2. Any acts or contributions tending to decompilation, reverse engineering, modification of the characteristics, enlargement, alteration, merging or incorporation into any other programs or systems of the coffeedinner.com.br SITE are forbidden. 7. PURCHASES, CONDITIONS, FORM OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE CREDENTIAL (BADGE)
7.1. The USER is committed and has the option to make the payment for the event registration from the moment he/she completes the order, in the terms and conditions selected when it is made. To the price that appears in the cart, will be added the eventual tariffs corresponding to the expenses pertinent to the financial operation in question. In any case, such tariffs will be communicated expressly and previously to the USER, before the purchase is finalized.
7.2. The USER must pay the amount corresponding to his/her registration to the EVENT through the payment methods available on the SITE.
7.3. Once the registration is formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the conditions of these TERMS OF USE and the confirmation of the purchase process, CECAFÉ will send an e-mail to the USER confirming the details of the registration made, as well as the credential to enter the EVENT purchased. After the order is finalized, it is not possible for the USER to change the form of payment.
7.4. The payment methods accepted are: PIX, bank payment slip (at sight) and credit card (in this case, there is the possibility of installment payments, just consult the conditions in effect at the time of purchase).
7.4.1. For credit card payments, the order(s) will be subject to approval by the credit card company chosen by the USER. The information contained in the registration is subject to confirmation, which may be requested by CECAFÉ, by e-mail.
7.4.2. For purchases paid by boleto bancário, the deadline for release is considered from the payment confirmation by the financial institution. Confirmation can be
will take place within 3 (three) working days, as of the payment, being that this term is estimated and may vary.
7.5. The USER may cancel his/her registration in accordance with the SITE’s procedure, within 10 (ten) days, as of registration, and the amount will be returned with the discount of administrative expenses.
7.6. The deadline for refunding the amounts depends on the card administrator and may take up to 40 (forty) days, and CECAFÉ has no interference and/or responsibility in this period.

8.1. 9. SECURITY PROCEDURES
9.1. The payment process works through a secure server, using worldwide security standards. The secure server establishes a connection so that the transmitted information is encrypted.
9.2. For the USER’s maximum security, if there is any divergence in registration and payment information, CECAFÉ and/or its PARTNERS may contact you to confirm the data before approving the order.
9.3. If the USER does not inform all the necessary data for the EVENT registration, and the application is incomplete, CECAFÉ reserves the right to automatically cancel the incomplete application.
9.4. This procedure is carried out for the security of the USERS of the SITE and, therefore, by accepting these TERMS OF USE, the USER agrees to be subject to the detection procedure for possible fraudulent operations, mentioned above, and, likewise, authorizes CECAFÉ that, once the additional information and documents mentioned above have been provided, they may be used for future transactions that the USER carries out on the coffeedinner.com.br SITE.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

CECAFÉ may alter, modify and/or adjust these TERMS OF USE at any time, without prior notice to the USERS, such alterations, modifications and/or adjustments to be effective as from the time they become public. Thus, the USER agrees to review these TERMS OF USE periodically, making it clear that the USER is subject to the acceptance of the TERMS OF USE in effect at the time of access to the coffeedinner.com.br SITE. The district court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, is elected as the competent court to settle any controversies arising from this TERMS OF USE, regardless of any other, however privileged it may be.
