The BRAZILIAN COFFEE EXPORTERS COUNCIL (organizer), established on Avenida Nove de Julho, 4865, 6o andar, conj. 61/A, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, registered in the CNPJ – Nr. 03.449.280/0001-08, declares for due process that it is exempt from the issuing of tax receipts for circulation of merchandise, since it has no state subscription. Treasury Department of the State of São Paulo.
It is also exempt from the issuing of tax receipts for services, when services rendered to associates, by the same non-profit business purpose, are considered, according to the tax consultation ruling SSDEJUG 5/2023 and article 81 of the ISS Regulation.

Through the Coffee Dinner & Summit App, participants shall have access to all information about the event, such as agenda, panelists/lecturers, locations, sponsors and exhibitors, news, important notifications during the event, and also a list of participants with possibility of interaction.

Important: Participation in the event is conditioned on registration; tickets are untransferable: in case of impracticability of participation, transference must be requested through the organizers of the event at most 10 days beforehand.

The closing dinner will be held on July 4th, from 7:30 pm, at the Monumental Hall of the Royal Palm Hall, the same space where coffee breaks are held during the Summit, on the two days of the event.
The event will be held at the Royal Palm Hotels & Resort, a hotel complex including the Royal Palm Plaza Resort, the Royal Palm Tower Anhanguera and the Hotel Contemporâneo, besides the Royal Palm Hall, a convention center where the Coffee Dinner & Summit will take place.
The nearest hotels to the Convention Center are the Hotel Tower Anhanguera and the Hotel Contemporâneo.
